Unicode was a smart way of working within the jam’s constraints, and I think you described really well the instinct to dismiss other people’s anecdotes and also to keep quiet about what’s happening, whether it be via pride, fear, embarrassment or something else.
Still need to get all the endings but this was an interesting and super quick read.
